The Ballroom is available for daytime and evening functions seven days a week, year-round. The Ballroom design provides maximum flexibility in handling functions, as well as a gracious setting. The Ballroom accommodates up to 280 guests for a style show, 330 guests for a seated affair and 450 guests for a cocktail buffet. These numbers are subject to change depending upon the table configuration at each function.

Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash or personal check. No separate checks, please. As a reminder, gratuity is not accepted at any Junior League special event, or when dining in the Tea Room.
