Event Planning

The Tea Room, Ballroom, and entire building are available for daytime and evening events seven days a week throughout the year, with a few exceptions. Facilities, including the Tea Room, three private Garden Rooms and the Ballroom, provide the perfect setting for meetings and special events of various sizes, further detailed below:

Entire Building

Ballroom: Accommodates up to 350 guests for a seated event or 400 for a cocktail buffet

Tea Room: Accommodates up to 100 guests for a seated event or 225 for a cocktail buffet

Garden Rooms: Private dining rooms located in the Tea Room that utilize the Tea Room’s luncheon services.

  • The Sara and John Lindsey Garden Room (Garden Room A) seats 15 – 20
  • The Louise Thomas Cooley Garden Room (Garden Room B) seats 21 – 36 
  • The Helen Corbitt Garden Room (Garden Room C) seats 15 – 20

Additional menus and information are also available for Tea Time, Lunch, Hors D’oeuvres, Stations and Dinner, including Vegetarian and Gluten Free options.
