• Thursday, July 2, 2026 – Saturday, July 4, 2026 for Independence Day
• Monday, September 7, 2026 for Labor Day
• Wednesday, November 25, 2026 – Saturday, November 28, 2026 for Thanksgiving
• Wednesday, December 23, 2026 – Saturday, January 2, 2027 for the winter holidays
• Thursday, February 4, 2027 – Saturday, February 6, 2027 for Charity Ball
• Monday, January 18, 2027 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day
• Friday, March 26, 2027 – Saturday, March 27, 2027 for Easter
• Monday, May 31, 2027 for Memorial Day

Parking at the League

Please be aware that Briar Oaks Lane is designated as a “NO PARKING” zone. We kindly ask that you utilize the complimentary League parking garage. Exercise caution while parking, as the Junior League is not responsible for any damage to vehicles. Guests of the Tea Room are advised to secure their vehicles and retain their personal belongings, as the Junior League cannot assume liability for any losses. We appreciate your understanding.

General Policies

Please be advised that smoking is not permitted inside the Junior League building. To enhance the experience for all Tea Room guests, we kindly ask that you set electronic devices to silent mode while in the Tea Room and refrain from using cell phones in the dining areas.

Accessibility

If your party includes anyone who requires a wheelchair or walker, please notify the Tea Room Front Office in advance to ensure convenient access to your table.

Wi-Fi Access

The League Building offers wireless internet access. You can obtain the guest password from the Tea Room Front Office for use during presentations in the Ballroom or Tea Room.
