Junior League’s annual Opening Style Show and Uptown Park mainstay Elizabeth Anthony is back in.

With the catwalk change-up comes a clientele shift, too. Elizabeth Anthony’s sophisticated and conservative crowd filled seats inside of the Junior League’s classic ballroom. Under sparkling chandeliers, the specialty boutique, which last participated in the Opening Style Show in 2013, featured smart apparel suited for career, social and evening occasions from designers including Alberta Ferretti, Veronica Beard, Prabal Gurung and more.

Later, attendees feasted on chicken scallopini, truffle butter mashed potatoes and Tiramisu – oh yes, and the Tea Room’s signature lemon rolls, too.

Ticket sales from both the luncheon and evening showings raised $30,000 for the volunteer-run organization. Supporters received Junior League pantry cookies and parting gifts from Elizabeth Anthony and Fringe Salon and Color Bar post-event.
