The Junior League of Houston’s 72nd Annual Charity Ball, themed Secret Garden, took place over two nights of fun and philanthropy, raising more than $800,000. The soiree featured displays of flowers, auctions, dinner and a show produced by Dylan Godwin and Logan Keslar. Performers Morgan Daugherty and Jamila Hodge received a standing ovation. Mary Lee Hackedorn Wilkens served as ball chair; Lora Knapp Smith was auction chair; Amanda Boffone was community partner chair; Amy Strickland was decorations chair; Emily-Frances McAdams was entertainment chair; Sally Anne Schmidt was invitations/reservations chair; and Semmes Burns was underwriting chair.
